Clear Connect:
Recovering Lost Revenue Through Strategic Partnership
About our Client

Clear Connect, the business internet arm of CableFinder and Innovative Business Solutions, has spent nearly a decade helping businesses navigate the complex telecommunications landscape. Founded in the early 2000s and celebrating its 10-year anniversary in 2025, Clear Connect operates as a telecommunications concierge service—an independent advisor that evaluates multiple providers to match businesses with optimal voice, data, and video solutions.

Under the leadership of Sales Director Ryan Serna since 2020, the company's 11-person inside sales team (based primarily in Colorado with one remote member) focuses on turning incoming leads into successful client relationships.
The Challenge
Clear Connect's inside sales team faced a common but costly problem: not every lead converts immediately. Many prospects become cold, dead, or lost in the pipeline for various reasons, and the team simply lacked the bandwidth to re-engage with these stalled opportunities while simultaneously pursuing new business.

An attempt to implement an AI tool for cold lead follow-up the previous year hadn't solved the problem. What they needed was a human touch—
The Solution
Clear Connect partnered with KRUEW to add two Sales Support team members based in the Philippines. These team members were equipped with proven scripts and assigned leads from the COLD/DEAD/LOST categories—opportunities that would have otherwise remained dormant.
Nine months into the partnership, the KRUEW team has become seamlessly integrated with Clear Connect's operations:

-
They work from supplier-provided lead lists
-
They participate in daily morning team meetings
-
They've received training on handling prospect objections
-
They consistently demonstrate excellent attention to detail
Results that Matter
The impact has been significant. Clear Connect rates the partnership a 5-star success, recovering approximately 1% of otherwise lost revenue—a meaningful return on investment.
