About our Client
Vimenture, LLC - the proving grounds for the KRUEW offshore outsourced staffing model, began as a concept in 2005 for how to deliver effective Telecom Management services to the Multifamily Property Management industry for a competitive price offering.
The Challenge
It was through trial and error that Vimenture finally developed the staffing sourcing and process that KRUEW uses today. Finding teams in the Philippines was the first step to providing Telecom services to Multifamily clients, but the challenge was aligning with the teams' culture so that onboarding, training and managing became a seamless and repeatable process.
The Solution
The creation of what is now known as the "KRUEW process" was refined and implemented after a couple years of learning and developing. Qualifying teams who showed a passion for success and a strong desire to be able to work from home became the keystone for loyalty and a willingness to learn among the Vimenture employees. Recognition for a job well done and acknowledgement of cultural sensitivities evolved just plain "staffing" into solid "team building".
Results that Matter
While Vimenture may have been the origin story for KRUEW, the company now utilizes KRUEW for additional teams as it continues to grow. The proven process that was developed out of necessity continues to help support the exponential growth of the company, and simultaneously helps other businesses enjoy the benefits as well.
